TOUCH OF WOMEN
Sacred circles for women
Touch of Women
A space to be, to feel and to connect
Do you feel the need to create more space for yourself? Space to slow down, to listen inwardly and to be fully yourself, without judgement or expectation?
You are invited to join us in a sacred circle of women, where we create a space for whatever lives within us to be welcomed and acknowledged. A space to see, hear and feel one another, and to connect through a shared desire for authenticity.
When we come together as women, we also create an opportunity to reconnect with the different parts of ourselves. Each woman carries her own knowledge, experiences, feelings, wisdom and insights. In the circle, there is room to share these with one another, to listen deeply and to recognise ourselves in each other's stories.
Let us awaken the gentle power of being women together.
The Women's Sacred Circle invites you to put aside, for a moment, the masks we sometimes wear and the roles we feel expected to fulfil. You don't need to prove anything, have the right answers or be anything other than who you are. Simply come as you are, with whatever you are carrying in this moment.
These circles are an invitation to remember the warmth, trust and connection that can grow when women meet one another with openness and compassion.
Our time, our space
This is a space to be nurtured by the simple act of being together. There is room for silence and stillness, as well as lively conversations about whatever feels important in the moment. We follow what emerges naturally, allowing each gathering to take its own shape.
What is shared within the circle is treated with care and respect. We listen without judgement, honour each other's experiences and respect everyone's boundaries and privacy.
Depending on the gathering and the needs of the women present, there may also be space for personal or group practices in which we support one another.
Juanita brings her life experience, sensitivity and intuitive way of listening to these circles. She invites you to slow down, tune into your own experience and explore what you feel, while meeting one another with presence and care.
You are welcome here, just as you are.
You can also book an individual session with Juanita prior to a group session.
TOUCH OF WOMEN
A circle of connection, movement and embodied awareness
Through my own life experiences and many years of working with people, my sisters and myself, I have come to appreciate the profound role that touch plays in our lives. Touching ourselves, being touched, and allowing ourselves to be truly present in our bodies can open a door to a deeper connection with who we are.
Every moment of life leaves an impression. As we move through the world, we continually receive and respond to the experiences around us. Sometimes, this can feel like more than we know how to carry. Our past experiences shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. We build walls, develop ways to protect ourselves, and sometimes hide or disconnect from our sensitivity.
From childhood onwards, we learn ways to protect ourselves. What once helped us feel safe may later become a barrier to opening up, feeling deeply or connecting freely. We all carry our own stories, and each of us finds a different way of navigating them.
With Touch of Women, I invite you to leave behind, for a moment, what you think you know about yourself and simply arrive in the present. To be here, as you are, with whatever you feel and whatever you carry.
Do you feel the call to make more space for yourself?
Being Women Together
Let us come together to create a space where whatever lives within us is welcome, without judgement. A space where we can see, hear and feel one another, and meet from a deeper desire for authenticity.
By simply being together, we create an opportunity to reconnect with parts of ourselves that may have been overlooked, hidden or forgotten. There is a gentle power in women gathering, listening and sharing from the heart.
This is our time, our space: a place to be nurtured by the experience of being together. There is room for silence and stillness, as well as lively conversations about whatever needs attention in the moment.
What is shared within the circle is treated with care and respect. We listen without judgement, honour one another's experiences and respect each person's boundaries. Depending on the needs of the group, there may also be space for individual or shared practices in which we support one another.
We allow the gathering to unfold organically, trusting that something meaningful can emerge when we meet with openness, curiosity and care.
An Organic Journey Through Body, Breath and Expression
This workshop explores different dimensions of our experience through carefully chosen exercises, music, chants, movement and touch. These practices invite us to become more aware of the patterns, feelings and responses that shape our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual lives.
Rather than striving for a particular outcome, we create space to notice what is present. How are you feeling at this moment in your life? What is asking for your attention? Where do you feel open and connected, and where might you need more space, care or understanding?
I, Juanita, bring my personal life experiences, sensitivity and intuitive approach to this process. Together, we explore the energy and sensations we experience in our bodies, always respecting each person's individual needs and boundaries.
There may be singing, dancing, massage, moments of sharing or simply being together in silence. Each gathering takes its own shape. The invitation is to support one another, meet one another with openness and, above all, meet yourself through a deeper connection with your own body.
The Dance of Your Life
Through dance, sharing and presence, we give space to your personal life choreography: the story that lives within you, expressed in your own unique way.
Movement can offer a language beyond words. When we allow the body to move freely and instinctively, feelings and experiences may find a new way of being expressed. Breath becomes part of this movement, connecting you with your inner rhythm and allowing you to explore your own natural flow.
This is an invitation to encounter yourself more fully — to explore the meeting between your inner world and the world around you, between Heaven and Earth, between yourself and the people with whom you share this experience.
There is no right way to move, sing or express yourself. You are invited to follow what feels natural, at your own pace, while respecting your own boundaries.
A Space to Open, Connect and Grow
If you feel the need to step out of the roles you usually play, Touch of Women offers a supportive space to soften your defences and explore a more authentic way of meeting yourself and others.
Together, we remember the value of connection, trust and the simple experience of being women together. We make room for vulnerability without demanding it, for expression without expectation, and for silence without needing to fill it.
My invitation is simple: come as you are, listen to what lives within you, and allow yourself to be met with care.
Welcome to Touch of Women — a space to reconnect with the essence of your being and bring it closer to your heart.

THE PLANT TEACHER TOBACCO
For me, tobacco is a plant teacher that can help us reconnect with parts of ourselves that may feel distant, forgotten or lost. Through my own experiences, I would like to share my relationship with this plant and invite you to explore its traditional role in connecting with the deeper layers of our being.
If you feel drawn to explore this, there may be an opportunity to learn about traditional preparations such as tobacco water or rapé. This is entirely optional, and there is no expectation to participate. We will always take time to discuss the practice, its effects and any relevant risks beforehand, so that you can make an informed choice that feels right for you.
