WHAT WE DO

Mission and vision of The White Arrow

We have started this platform in 2013 from where we create and manifest projects, sessions and guidance that grow in our hearts and that we wish to share with the world.

our mission & vision

Remembering who we are. Reconnecting with life. Walking each other home.

The White Arrow was born in 2013 from the shared path of Marijn De Wit and Juanita Pyl. As partners in life, music and ceremony, we have created a space where people can reconnect with themselves, with one another and with the living world around us.

Our work takes many forms: personal sessions, group journeys, breathwork, sound healing, shamanic trainings, workshops, ceremonial concerts and gatherings. Although each experience has its own character, they all arise from the same intention: to create a space where you can slow down, feel deeply, reconnect with your inner wisdom and remember the connection with life that has always been there.

We believe that genuine change begins within. Not by becoming someone else, but by meeting ourselves more honestly, allowing what needs to be felt, and finding the courage to live in alignment with what we discover. When we begin to embody this change in our own lives, it naturally ripples outward, touching the people around us and the world we share.

Rooted in ancient wisdom, alive in the present

Over the years, our path has brought us into profound relationships with the healing traditions of the Amazon and the Andes. Our work is deeply informed by our initiations and training in Peruvian vegetalismo, where we were initiated as curandero and curandera, as well as by the ancient ceremonial traditions of the Q'ero people of the Andes.

These experiences have shaped the foundations of our work, alongside years of personal practice, learning, travelling and living in relationship with the plants, the land and the people who have guided us.

We honour these traditions not as something separate from everyday life, but as living wisdom that invites us to listen more deeply, take responsibility for our choices and remember our place within the greater web of life.

Nature remains our greatest teacher. Its rhythms, cycles and quiet intelligence continue to inspire the way we work, create music, hold space and meet one another.

Spirituality that finds its way into life

For us, spirituality is not about escaping reality, collecting experiences or endlessly searching for something outside ourselves. It is about being here, fully present, with both feet on the earth and an open heart.

It is about daring to feel what is alive within us, even when it is uncomfortable. About breathing through what we would rather avoid. About recognising our patterns, stepping beyond our familiar boundaries and allowing our experiences to transform the way we live.

We are not here to offer endless searching or the illusion that someone else holds all the answers. We are here to create a safe and supportive space in which you can explore your own process, reconnect with your inner resources and take meaningful steps on your path.

Sometimes this means slowing down and listening. Sometimes it means moving, singing, breathing, crying, laughing or allowing the body to express what words cannot. And sometimes it means bringing what we have discovered into the simple, everyday choices through which life unfolds. The real work continues long after a session or ceremony has ended. It lives in the way we relate to ourselves, in the way we meet others, in the choices we make and in our willingness to remain present with life as it is.

Remembering our place in the greater whole

We feel deeply connected to Pachamama, Mother Earth, and to the living mystery of which we are all a part. From the smallest living organism to the vastness of the stars, life unfolds through an intricate web of relationships, rhythms and interdependence.

We are not separate from this web. We belong to it.

Remembering this connection can change the way we see ourselves and the world. We begin to recognise that our lives are not isolated stories, that our actions have consequences, and that the way we care for ourselves, one another and the earth matters.

We believe that each human being carries a unique potential, not something that needs to be manufactured, but something that can emerge when we reconnect with our deeper nature. Finding our place in the world is not necessarily about searching for a particular role or destination. It is about restoring the connection with who we truly are and allowing our lives to grow from that place.

There is no single path that fits everyone. Each of us has our own journey, our own timing and our own way of bringing our gifts into the world.

Walking together, each in our own way

At The White Arrow, we do not see ourselves as people who have all the answers. We see ourselves as fellow travellers who have walked a particular path and are happy to accompany others for a part of theirs.

Our role is to offer guidance, experience and a safe space in which something new can unfold, while respecting the individuality and responsibility of each person's journey.

We follow our own creative flow, allowing intuition, experience and our connection with nature to guide the work as it takes shape. This is expressed through our ceremonies, music, sound healing, breathwork and gatherings, each offering a different doorway into the same essential invitation: to become more present, more connected and more alive.

Our vision is a world in which people live with greater awareness, compassion and respect for all forms of life. A world in which change does not begin with trying to fix everyone else, but with the willingness to take responsibility for our own lives and the way we participate in the whole.

Perhaps this is how a new earth begins: not as an idealised future somewhere beyond the horizon, but through the way we choose to live, connect and care for one another today.

We invite you to join us on this journey. To breathe, to sing, to move, to listen, to remember and to celebrate the mystery of being alive.

To meet one another without the need to pretend, compete or become someone else. To make room for our differences while recognising what connects us.

And to discover, each in our own way, what becomes possible when we allow ourselves to be fully here.

With open hearts and feet on the earth,

Marijn & Juanita
