Payment workshops & treatments

If you cancel at least one week before the start of the workshop, we can still refund your contribution. If this happens within the week of the session or workshop, we will refund your amount minus the cancellation fee of € 25, unless you have a doctor's note. (this applies to the workshops above 50 €)

Payment Cash:

Advance payment: in case of a cash payment you are asked to deposit an advance of € 25.  This is only necessary for longer sessions that cost more than 50€. Check out your workshop or session, because some sessions are asked to be payed in cash only.

FACTURATION:

  • If you want us to make an invoice we have to add taxes and working fees. The taxes for a workshop are 21% and for a concert 6%.

  • Please pay by bank transfer after you receive our invoice. For our facturation-system we work with ‘Smart’ so payement by invoice is at another account number, witch will be on your invoice.

Donation & gifts (different account number)

We also do much of our work through telephone contacts, video, chat, newsletters, online help, etc. We never charge anything for this. It is very nice to generate a minimum income in times like this, so feel free to donate what your heart indicates.It helps us to continue creating our sessions.Many thanks with all our heart. Since donations are without a quid pro quo, it's nice if you split this up and deposit it to another account number. In this way, the effective professional income with consideration (the sale of the CD or payement for a concert or session) remains separate from an additional 'gift'.

Pricelist private treatments & sessions

  • If you attend a private session with more persons (your partner, friend,…) You pay the basic price and the other perons each pay half of the basic price. You can devide the total.

  • Icaro Orinoco: 95€ (80€ if you participate in the Season’s Shift or Engagement Shift*) Only for people who are engaged in a shift engagement with us

  • Icaro Singing circle: 40€ (30€ if you participate in the Season’s Shift or Engagement Shift*)

  • Djembé: 25 € / session (40€ combination with Shamanic breathing)

  • Touch of women: 95€ pp (80€ if you participate in the Season’s Shift or Engagement Shift*)

  • Warmi Qhari: 250€ (220€ if you participate in the Season’s Shift or Engagement Shift*) Only for people who are engaged in a shift engagement with us

  • Opening of the heart: 350€ (2 days))

* If you’re participating in an Engagement Shift of Season’s Shift, you’ll automatically have a discount of 15% on the sessions we’ve marked.  There is no extra discount if there was already a discount given as in combined sessions (Season’s Shift year discount, Soundhealing complete series discount, combination sssions like cacao & Icaro or Cacao & sweat lodge, etc)
